Jennifer Peterson has over 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, with an extensive professional background in human resources compliance, employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.


A business administration graduate of Angelo State University, Jennifer is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), demonstrating her mastery of the technical and operational aspects of HR practices and U.S. laws and her dedication to staying current in her profession.


Jennifer's expertise is regularly called upon by the greater community, as she is consistently a featured speaker and advisor to professional societies, community organizations, and government entities.
